Kieran Hickie is a practising barrister at the Victorian Bar. Kieran practises in all areas of commercial law, and has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, including mediation. Before joining the bar in 2013, Kieran was employed as a solicitor at Gadens Lawyers, as a secondee in-house counsel (ANZ Bank), and as a judge’s associate at the Supreme Court of Victoria. He has been a delegate for the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group (APRAG) at a working session of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group II (Arbitration) in New York, and is an alumni of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Clyde Croft AM SC was formerly a Judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria and Judge in Charge of the Arbitration List. He is now a Reserve Judge of that Court, an Independent Arbitrator and Mediator and a Professor in the Faculty of Law, Monash University.
William KQ Ho is a practising litigation and dispute resolution solicitor. He was admitted to practice in 2009 and has worked in wide ranging areas including general commercial litigation and arbitration. Before entering practise William was employed as Associate to the Honourable Justice Croft in the Supreme Court of Victoria. He has been a delegate for the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group (APRAG) at working sessions of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group II (Arbitration). He has also been published in a leading arbitration journal and is a co-author of the commentary, Australian Commercial Arbitration. He is a member of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and is an alumni of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
