Richard Chisholm was a founding member of the UNSW College of Law, and a Judge of the Family Court of Australia between 1993 and 2004. Since his retirement from the bench he has continued research, writing and law reform activities in the area of family law.
Suzanne Christie previously combined practising as a barrister at the NSW Bar with legal writing and lecturing. She is now a Justice of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1).
