Author

Jason Harris has been teaching and researching in the areas of corporate law, commercial law and insolvency law for the past 12 years. Jason has published 10 books and over 80 articles in these fields and his research has been cited by the Supreme Courts of NSW, SA and WA and the Federal Court and is regularly cited in academic and practitioner publications. Jason is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, an academic member of INSOL International and ARITA, a member of the Law Council of Australia’s Corporations and Insolvency Committees and a member of the Australian Corporate Law Teachers’ Association national executive committee.
