Author

Gerard Nash QC was appointed one of Her Majesty’s Counsel for the State of Victoria in 1986. He practises in the areas of administrative, criminal and commercial law. Gerard has held a number of significant academic appointments, including: Foundation Dean of Law at the University of Papua New Guinea; Henry Bournes Higgins Professor of Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at Monash University; Visiting Professor of Law at Boston College Law School; Visiting Fellow at Trinity College Oxford. He is a former Carnegie Fellow and Senior Fulbright Fellow.
