Description

This precedent document is a template continuing credit contract as between a consumer or strata corporation and credit provider, for personal, domestic or household purposes or for purchasing, refinancing, renovating or improving residential investment property. That is, the loan contract is intended for use for a loan regulated by the National Credit Code.

The precedent assumes that the debtor will present the contract as an offer to the prospective creditor provider.

The precedent also performs the functions of the precontractual statement.
