Author

Natalie Stoianoff is a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney, where she is Director of the Intellectual Property Program, Chair of the Indigenous Knowledge Forum Committee, member of the UTS Commercialisation Advisory Panel and a Chartered Tax Advisor.


Fred Chilton is a partner at Emil Ford Lawyers, specialising in commercial aspects of technology. He teaches a Masters level course in commercialising intellectual property at the University of Technology, Sydney.


Ann Monotti is a Professor in the Faculty of Law at Monash University, its inaugural Director of the Centre for Commercial Law and Regulatory Studies and is a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Law Council of Australia.
