Author

Natalie Stoianoff BSc LLB MAppSc is a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney, where she is Director of the Intellectual Property Program, Chair of the Indigenous Knowledge Forum Committee, Chair of the Faculty Research Network for Intellectual Property, Media and Communications, and Convenor of the China Law Research Group. She has written textbooks on Intellectual Property and Taxation Law.

 

Fred Chilton BA LLB(Hons) LLM is a partner at Emil Ford Lawyers, a member of the Executive of the Internal Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, former Vice-Chairman of the Internal Technology Law Committee of the International Bar Association, and a sessional teacher at UTS.

 

Ann Monotti LLB(Hons) LLM PhD is head of the Commercial Law Group and a Centre Director. In the past, she has held a number of leadership roles in the faculty including Associate Dean (Postgraduate Studies), Associate Dean (Research) and Director of Higher Degrees by Research. She is a member of the Intellectual Property Committee, Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Her work has been cited in the High Court, Federal Court and Supreme Court of South Australia.
