Author

Sonia Allan is an Associate Professor at Deakin University specialising in health, biotechnology and medical law. She has undergraduate and post-graduate qualifications in public health, psychology, and the law.


Meredith Blake is Deputy Head of School (Students) in the Law School at the University of Western Australia. She has taught and researched in the areas of health law and policy and criminal law for over 15 years, including at King’s College London.
