Author

The Hon Kevin Lindgren AM, QC was a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia from 1994-2010. He is a Conjoint Professor of Law at The University of Newcastle and an Adjunct Professor of Law at The University of Sydney and The University of Technology Sydney and he is the President of the Australian Academy of Law. Dr Lindgren is the author, co-author or editor of several books, numerous journal articles.


Dr Damien Cremean was admitted to the Victoria Bar in 1976. In 1983 he was appointed a Senior Law Reform Officer of the Australian Law Reform Commission working on the Admiralty reference. He is currently in practise at the Bar in Victoria and is a part-time Senior Member of the federal Administrative Appeals Tribunal. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at The University of Queensland and is also associated with the Thomas More Law School, Australian Catholic University. Dr Cremean is the author of numerous articles in Australia and overseas and author or co-author of books in the areas of building and construction law and maritime law.


Dr Natalie Cujes served as a Registrar of the Federal Court of Australia between 2000 and 2009. She is currently Principal of Cujes Legal, a legal academic with The University of New South Wales Canberra (at ADFA) and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law with The University of Canberra. Dr Cujes holds appointments to several Law Council of Australia committees concerned with federal litigation and is the author of Litigation in the Federal Court (LexisNexis, 2015).
