Author

Richard Chisholm was a founding member of the UNSW Law School, and a Judge of the Family Court of Australia between 1993 and 2004. Since his retirement from the bench he has continued research, writing and law reform activities in the area of family law.

 

Suzanne Christie SC combines practising as a barrister at the NSW Bar with legal writing and lecturing. She contributes to Halsburys Laws of Australia.

 

Julie Kearney has been practising as a family lawyer since 1995. She was previously a Registrar of the Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit of Australia. She is also an accredited family law specialist
